About this event

Welcome to Breathe In Bliss: A Self-Care Day Retreat. Join Kelly Daley and Alli Esposito at Cultivating Dreams Farm for a grounding and rejuvenating experience. Take a break from your busy schedules and immerse yourself in a day filled with self-care, mindfulness, and connection. Our retreat offers a variety of activities, discussions, and opportunities to deeply rest to help you blossom into the best version of yourself. Come and nourish your mind, body, and

soul with us!


In this 6-hour retreat we will:

  • Connect with nature and community to find balance and peace within.
  • Learn about herbs and self-care practices that can provide support during the transition from fall to winter.
  • Experience the healing power of yoga asana, pranayama, and time spent with nature.
  • Embark on a guided sensory nature walk, tuning in to your 5 senses and the 5 elements.
  • Explore meditative drawing and yoga nidra – a potent pairing for clearing the mind and sinking into deep relaxation.
  • Enjoy a farm-to-table vegetarian lunch, Ayurvedic treats and herbal teas for mind-body wellness.

Kelly and Alli met at SUNY New Paltz in 2012 while studying Anthropology as undergraduates.

Their passion for people, Mother Nature, and community ignited an instant friendship. It brings

them great joy to facilitate retreats for healing together.
